This article was inspired by recent news of an unfavorable ruling in an activist lawsuit. I won’t comment on the lawsuit as I haven’t studied the details, but the article headline revealed a common legal misunderstanding we can learn from. My understanding is that the matter concerned a court ruling endorsing the state’s governor authority to override a local county’s laws in a declared emergency. (If that’s not correct, the educational information below is, nevertheless, accurate, as it’s not addressing the lawsuit.)
The U.S. legal system is comprised of a multitude of systems and subsystems operating in different ways, places, times, and levels. At the local level, cities and counties enact ordinances that apply only in the city or county. At the state level, state legislatures enact statutes and state agencies promulgate (enact) regulations that usually apply to the entire state. Federal statutes and agency regulations apply to the entire country, while international laws apply to all countries that agree to be bound by them. For example, the vast majority of the world’s nations have agreed to abide by the World Health Organization’s health regulations.
Two common misunderstandings regarding these various levels include confusion over jurisdiction—what matters each layer has authority to address; and levels of authority—what happens when two different levels’ laws conflict or officials disagree.
We can illustrate an answer to both questions with infectious disease outbreaks. Where an outbreak occurs fully within a single state, it’s a local and/or state law matter. The CDC, a federal agency, can’t get involved in a state matter unless CDC officials are invited in by the state. But where an outbreak involves two or more states, it’s a federal issue by default, so the CDC can get involved without being invited. If state officials disagree with CDC officials in a matter involving both, the CDC, being a federal agency, “wins,” as federal law is a higher legal authority than state law. And where a disease affects more than one country, the WHO can get involved. In theory, even a small outbreak could involve all levels of health authorities, such as an international flight landing in Topeka, KS with sick people on board. Such an event would have implications for all levels.
Local laws and government officials, including law enforcement officials, are at the bottom of the legal hierarchy totem pole. Each successive layer—state, federal, international—is a higher legal authority than the smaller one(s), and so will generally prevail when there’s a conflict between two different levels’ laws or government officials.
When there’s a declared state of emergency, however, rights change. Government officials have broad, additional powers not available to them outside of a declared emergency. Government authority varies from state to state as to state emergencies, depending on the wording of each state’s emergency health laws. However, shortly after 9/11, the CDC pushed the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA), a model law, on the states; and a majority of states passed at least some part of that model Act, giving those states unprecedented new emergency powers that arguably overstep Constitutional boundaries according to some legal experts. However, unless a law is successfully challenged in court and ruled to be unconstitutional or otherwise not good law, it’s considered to be “good law” and is enforceable. This is one way that powerful elite assume ever greater power while limiting our rights more and more. Big Money and Power can force through bad legislation to advance a corrupt power agenda. In the case of the MSEHPA, powerful elite took advantage of a nation still reeling in shock and fear from 9/11 to push through bad legislation giving government officials, whom powerful elite control, excessive authority. None of this was accidental. The elite are opportunists. They are forever seeking or creating new opportunities to advance their power.
A more disturbing example is the current WHO treaty. Historically, the WHO has dealt with international health matters only, the spread of disease between countries, for example, and not with the internal affairs of individual countries, as that is beyond the reach of their authority. The new WHO treaty will be an unprecedented new step to exercise direct control over the internal affairs of countries around the world regarding international health matters, which will ultimately include a never-ending series of concocted pandemics. WHO officials can only accomplish this by having the world’s corrupt leaders on board with the program. The elite have spent decades putting their people into top positions in world governments, so it should be no surprise that most of the world’s leaders are willing to cooperate with the WHO’s upcoming massive power grab. Friends, when corrupt people work together, the outcomes are predetermined. This unprecedented overreach of control won’t happen because no one objected; it will happen regardless of any and all objections, because they don’t care what we think. They have an agenda to advance, end of story. When we object to corrupt power, we succeed only in making sure they know who we—their adversaries—are.
I’m not suggesting that we not object. Remaining passive certainly won’t fix anything, either. I’m pointing out that the way we object isn’t effective. Our decades of ever greater activism work have always been met by an accelerating pharma. We’ve got great people doing great work, so we have to be missing something fundamental. Well, we are, and here it is: The same psychology that hides the problem from the masses hides solutions from us. We, too, are manipulated. It operates from the subconscious, so is invisible; it controls conscious perception, so its victims experience being in complete and total control when they’re/we’re not. It’s that powerful, that insidious. It works on the intellectually brilliant as well as anyone else (or better than, actually, due to the nature of the human psyche and the manipulation). And we, the aware, are every bit as much its victims as the masses. They just use it to hide solutions with those of us who have awakened to the problem.
Over the past 2 – 3 years, there have never been more people speaking out, yet at the same time, there was a more than 100-fold increase in the number of vaccine deaths and disabilities compared to the prior 30 years combined. We’re not winning, folks; we’re losing at profoundly greater levels than ever before. Yet declarations of “winning” abound throughout our community. That’s our cognitive dissonance, the power of our psychological manipulation.
Breaking free, sleeper or aware, requires more than information, as the manipulation operates from the subconscious, out of reach of the conscious intellect. Manipulation research began over a century ago and has been continuously developed and applied ever since. The elite aren’t struggling with us. They are simply rolling out an agenda as planned, managing everyone along the way. Part of that plan is to keep us locked into misperceptions that prevent us from stopping them from continually advancing. Those who don’t see this demonstrate how effective the psychology is. It literally controls some of what looks real to us, what looks logical.
On the practical level, the people we’re fighting play by a different set of rules. They control all of the systems we operate in. Outcomes are predetermined whenever it really matters to the advancement of their agenda. Our failure to see this leaves us stuck in a cycle of repeatedly returning to corrupt systems seeking non-corrupt outcomes. They give us occasional “wins” to keep us coming back to the same corrupt systems, but the net result is that they just keep advancing more and more.
Fixing this doesn’t require stopping anything we’re doing; it just requires adding a simple additional step to free up all of our activism work by addressing the one thing holding all of it back. It takes very little time, so doesn’t interfere with anything you’re already doing. Stay tuned for project information…
