Friends,
To fully appreciate this article, please read Part I first if you haven’t already done so.
This follow-up article to the recent “U.S. is not a corporation” article was inspired by a reader questioning the article’s conclusion because Dunn & Bradstreet’s website lists the U.S. as a “business.” The prior article answers the question clearly, but this still leaves the question of why the U.S. has a business listing on D&B. Both of these are addressed below. However, manipulated minds are unable to see information conflicting with their accepted false narratives, so they reject—usually, without scrutiny—conflicting information. But friends, this is not due to a “lack of critical thinking skills.” We all do this with our important beliefs. The problem is that some of our beliefs are manipulated. And since the nature of the human psyche is that all beliefs, manipulated or not, appear equally real, true, and logical to us, we treat them all as irrefutable reality, when some are simply misperceived falsehoods. So, the hard truth—the critical, fundamental barrier lying between us and real solutions—is that we can no longer afford to blindly believe our own perceptions. For they are brilliantly, covertly controlled, invisibly from the outside, through the distinctly non-intellectual, non-rational part of our *subconscious* (i.e., invisible) mind that controls conscious level perception. We see much that the masses don’t see, but we are just as unable to “reach” and process real solution information as the masses are unable to reach and process problem information. This issue is not whether any of us lack critical thinking skills, it’s why our critical thinking skills don’t get applied to some important matters. In practical terms, when we recognize that we can’t trust “obviously real,” “clearly true,” and “logical,” we’ll be at the threshold of the critical breakthrough needed to finally, once and for all, reach real solutions. For the subjective experience of “real/unreal,” “true/false,” and “obviously logical/illogical” can be—and are—invisibly “implanted” in our minds, sleeper and aware alike, as to specific, targeted ideas and concepts. The conscious intellect provides neither a barrier to this nor a direct means of escaping it. A psychological process is required, and an open mind (to look in the first place), because you can only see your own manipulation after you are free from it, just as we only knew we were dreaming after we awakened from the dream. That’s not an analogy, folks. “Sleep” and “awake” are states of consciousness. Friends, it’s time to wake up to the next level, to the solution…
There are numerous false narratives deeply embedded throughout the aware community. The “US is a corporation” is one of them. This particular one is disinformation brilliantly designed (as it sucks so man of us in, including aware people with doctoral degrees)—to distract, to keep us busy sharing useless information—and, when it occurs, to keep us arguing whether it’s true or not, all of which leave us not spending time on activities that could actually affect the continuously advancing criminal totalitarian control.
Meanwhile, regarding D&B’s listing of the U.S. as a “business” or “company”:
I. Some Basics
According to Gilbert’s Law Dictionary, a corporation is “an artificial person created by and operating under law…” As the prior article discusses, state laws provide for the creation of corporations in various forms: C, S, LLC, etc. But “business,” “company,” and “corporation” are not interchangeable terms. Some businesses and companies incorporate; some don’t. So, D&B’s listing the federal government as a business or company doesn’t make it a corporation. And D&B doesn’t use the word “corporation.”
Gilbert’s definition of ‘corporation’ additionally states: “There are ‘public’ and ‘private’ corporations,” and “Public corporations are created by the state for political purposes…” That is, as mentioned in the previous article, governments can and do *have* corporations, but they are not themselves corporations. ‘Having’ and ‘being’ are distinctly different things.
Finally, some confusion may arise with the term “public corporation,” as it is used in two different ways. It can refer to a government corporation, the term “public” meaning “government” as distinct from non-governmental or privately owned corporations; but the term is also used to describe a private corporation when it “goes public” to sell stock shares to the general public when it did not do that previously.
II. Dunn & Bradstreet
Dunn & Bradstreet includes the U.S. federal government in its business listings HERE.
First, we need only ask some basic questions, as explained in more detail in the prior article, to determine whether D&B’s listing the federal government as a “business” or “company” makes the U.S. a corporation:
1) What state did the U.S. government incorporate in?
2) Where’s the U.S. corporation’s corporate charter, its Articles of Incorporation?
3) Who are the corporate directors and officers?
4) Who is the corporation’s registered agent? (A person or business that accepts legal documents on behalf of the corporation; this is a legal requirement to incorporate.)
The answers to these questions are found in publicly available documents on the incorporating state government’s website. If a person claiming the U.S. is a corporation can’t answer these questions, they misunderstand these basic, essential requirements for all corporations. This isn’t anyone’s opinion; these are legal requirements to incorporate in any state, and this information is public record, available online on each state’s government website. So, for all you diehard “US is a corporation not matter what!” believers, where is this information?
The D&B listing doesn’t answer any of the above questions; it doesn’t use the word “corporation” at all regarding the federal government. It neither claims nor supports a claim that the U.S. federal government is a corporation. But friends, those insisting otherwise—even in the face of clear contrary evidence—are not lacking critical thinking skills, just as brilliant, pro-vaccine medical doctors aren’t lacking them. Like all manipulated people—and all of us are manipulated in various ways—the problem isn’t whether we have critical thinking skills, but rather, why we don’t apply them to some matters. The “why” is that unknown to manipulation victims—which includes literally all of us—subconscious barriers have been invisibly “implanted” that prevent us from being able to reach and process targeted information with our conscious, rational minds. That barrier lies outside the sight and reach of our conscious intellects. It doesn’t matter how smart you are (in the usual sense of that word), because manipulation bypasses the conscious intellect entirely to attack a subconscious emotional level that controls the operation of conscious perception—again, as to specific, targeted ideas. Friends, we’re all unwitting victims of psychological manipulation.
Pro-vaxxers don’t review and disagree with our information; they reject it unseen because a powerful subconscious block prevents them from being able to reach and process the information. The conscious intellect has no control over that. Medical doctors promote vaccines because they literally can’t “see”—can’t reach and process—our opposing views. Our information is literally not even a potential reality to their unwittingly manipulated minds. THAT is the power of psychological manipulation; and it works just as powerfully on us as to real solutions, which is why our decades of ever greater activism work have always been met with an accelerating control agenda; and why, frankly, we are still not fully clear about this objective ever-worsening condition. We keep “winning” and they keep advancing. But these are inconsistent realities; only one can be correct. Spoiler Alert: It’s not the “winning” perception. This is one example of our cognitive dissonance. (Details would fill volumes, so to better understand this, see the Tools information below.)
B. OK, so D&B’s listing provides zero support for the “U.S. is a corporation” false narrative. But why is the federal government listed in Dunn & Bradstreet’s business listings?
1) First, all governments conduct business. Someone has to mow the Whitehouse lawn, for example, and since Joe would keep facing backwards and falling off the mower and Kamila wouldn’t benefit from sleeping with one, the deep state has to go further up the intellectual ladder and hire outside lawn maintenance people for that. (At least something in D.C. is done right).
More importantly, the federal government partners with countless private businesses for the benefit (cough, cough) of the citizens, to conduct its political business. Big pharma and vaccines, for example. D&B is just another one of those many businesses. But let’s back up a bit…
a) What is Dunn & Bradstreet?
D&B is a private company offering “comprehensive business data and analytical insights to power today’s most crucial business needs. That’s why 90% of the Fortune 500, and companies of all sizes around the world, rely on Dun & Bradstreet to help grow and protect their businesses.” Their Business Directory enables people to research businesses to learn more about them, for example. Try searching for “United States” and “United States of America” in that directory; there are many federal government agencies and private businesses listed there using those phrases.
OK, so D&B is not a state agency that incorporates businesses, and it doesn’t post corporate documents (state government websites do that). But…
b) Why, then, is the U.S. federal government listed on D&B and referred to as a “business” and “company”?
This is a particularly difficult question to answer, because you have to spend as much as three to five minutes googling the question to find an abundance of information answering it. So, we can’t fault pro-“U.S. is a corporation” advocates for not finding it. All sarcasm aside, belief in false narratives, which we *all* unwittingly have (as manipulators are experts and manipulation is unseeable), is not within reach or control of our conscious intellect. That’s why it’s so powerful and effective. No one thinks they’re manipulated; everyone is. That’s what stands between us and real solutions. It’s as simple as that. Unfortunately, it’s every bit as challenging to see and address as it is simple. But until we recognize and effectively address this, we’ll just keep “winning” while the criminal control just keeps advancing.
Moving on…
“The U.S. Government is listed on Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) due to its participation in D&B’s federal solutions, which aim to reduce risk, optimize workload, accelerate threat assessment, and reduce fraud, waste, and abuse. As a result, the government is included in D&B’s business credit reporting system, utilizing its Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number.”
. . .
“In 1994, DUNS became the standard business identifier for federal government electronic commerce. To apply for government contracts, companies, including the U.S. Government, must have a DUNS number. This requirement ensures accurate and consistent identification of businesses participating in government procurement.”
There you go. This makes sense. Federal agencies spend $100’s of billions annually on contracts with private businesses. D&B facilitates the procurement of those contracts with other companies, thereby assisting the federal government with “federal solutions.” Here’s a snapshot of the $694 billion spent by federal government agencies on outside contracts in 2022 (scroll down to the graph). Our federal government has contracted with D&B to facilitate the procurement of federal government contracts by other private businesses.
Hopefully, the above helps further resolve the mythical nature of “the U.S. is a corporation.” And yes, government-private business partnerships are replete with corruption, as state and federal health agency alliances with big pharma, for example, demonstrate with respect to vaccines, at least to those with ears to hear. May those who fell for the “U.S. is a corporation” disinformation find ears to hear the truth there as well. But it’s not about how smart a person is; it’s about all of us being human, as that comes with vulnerability to being manipulated. And we’re all victims—the masses as to real problems, and us as to real solutions to those problems. It’s not an information war, folks; it’s a psychology war masked, brilliantly, as an information war so that we’ll keep arguing facts instead of addressing the deeper, core problem: Psychological manipulation operating invisibly from our own subconscious minds. It’s not about anyone being stupid, incompetent, or lacking critical thinking skills. As long as we keep blaming the masses for their manipulation, they’ll stay manipulated; and as long as we keep denying the possibility of our own manipulation, we’ll keep blaming the masses for theirs. Psychology is the only weapon that hides it’s own use—in all of us. The fundamental barrier to real solutions is not outside of us, not something we can “figure out” if we just think a little longer and harder, as decades of ever greater activism work has shown us.
But regardless, the U.S. is not a corporation.
TOOLS FOR NEXT LEVEL AWAKENING
Waking from our own unseen manipulation requires a psychological process to bring the unseen manipulation into conscious view. This results in deeper clarity, the peeling away of previously unseen layers of cognitive dissonance.
