Friends,
From time to time, the “U.S. is a corporation” narrative shuffles its way around the aware community, inevitably sucking in ever greater numbers of us. Even some doctor leaders fall for this one. Like all false narratives in both sleeper and aware communities, this one is blindly believed because it triggers a reflexive response that precludes any real scrutiny. So, people accept and share it despite not having researched it to see whether it’s actually true. And that’s a shame, because this one is quickly and easily debunked—if you bother to check, that is. My friends, anyone can “see,” but you must first look; and looking is what false narratives, when effectively deployed, prevent, by eliciting a subconscious emotional reflex that drives, unwittingly in the target victims, a highly predictable (and thus highly controllable) response in the form of a perception that something false is true, followed by behavior consistent with the false perception. Victims experience a false narrative as being logical and true where scrutiny, were it applied, would reveal it is neither. Below lies a scrutiny of the “U.S. is a corporation” narrative, revealing that this narrative, believed throughout the aware community, is actually a false one. Disturbingly, this is far from an isolated example. The aware community, despite seeing problems the masses don’t, is saturated with its own layers—multiple layers—of false narratives. This is why decades of ever greater activism work have always been met by advancing criminal control. No one thinks they’re manipulated. Everyone is. Everyone.
Before getting into the analysis, it’s important to understand that once a person has locked onto a false narrative (believing it to be true), it’s all but impossible to awaken them to the truth. This is not dependent upon the victim’s intelligence (as we normally think of that), stubbornness, carelessness, incompetence, or lack of critical thinking skills; it is a factor of the nature of the human psyche applicable to all of us. We see this clearly in the masses when we try to share vaccine truth with them, for example. Most of the time, they reject it without review, because to their manipulated minds, our truth is literally not even a potential reality, which is why the believe—genuinely—that we’re crazy and should all be locked up to protect society. Friends, it’s critical that we understanding this point if we are to ever find real solutions. So let me say it again, more directly this time: Manipulation controls reality—literally, and for all practical purposes—with respect to specific, targeted ideas. Pro-vaccine people reject vaccine truth because they literally can’t reach it—can’t “see” and process the information—from their manipulated mental state. Unknown to them and us, their false narratives are anchored deeply in subconscious survival fear, against which information on the conscious level stands little to no chance of getting through. In the rare instances when they do look at our information, it’s not to see whether it’s true, it’s to see why it’s false, because they already know their view is true. The outcome is predetermined by the powerful subconscious survival fear to which their false narrative (believed to be true) is anchored, and not the logic or authoritativeness of our information. Studies supporting our view are the bad studies—they have to be, because our view isn’t a potential reality to them—so our information is just a dangerous conspiracy theory. What’s critical to “get” here is that this has nothing to do with the power of anyone’s intellect. To the contrary, the operation of the intellect is directed and framed, invisibly, from our subconscious minds. Manipulation completely bypasses the conscious intellect to attack, invisibly, the part of our subconscious mind that controls the conscious intellect.
Before you awakened to vaccine truth, did you run around saying, “I sure am tired of being asleep to vaccine truth; I hope I wake up soon!” No, of course not (or if you did, get help now before it’s too late). And this tells us something of critical importance: You can’t see your own manipulation when it’s operating. You can only see it retrospectively, after you’ve awakened from it, just like we usually don’t know we’re dreaming until after we wake up from the dream and are looking back on it. This fact alone should raise alarm bells throughout the aware community, for it means there could be things we haven’t yet awakened to that are critical to our success. Friends, this is indeed the case. Awakening is not a general state of mind. One can only be awake (or not) as to specific ideas, specific facts or points. There’s no such thing as “awake,” generally; only “what level of the dream are you in today?” Our recognition of this is key. For until we each consider this possibility and, ultimately, explores it to see for ourself, we’ll continue our ever greater activism work while corrupt criminal control keeps advancing as it’s done for decades. For an introduction into how manipulation operates powerfully in both sleeper and aware communities, see Fear vs. Knowledge.
So, what’s wrong with the “The U.S. is a corporation” narrative?
A. Some preliminary points:
1) We might ask: “Who cares? So what if the U.S. is a corporation? Why does that even matter? What relevant fact changes based on whether this is true?” The government is corrupt, regardless; corporations ‘buy’ politicians to control political outcomes favoring their agenda, regardless.
The only thing that happens from the spreading of this rumor is that members of the aware community are distracted from focusing on real issues that matter. Ironically, this article’s arguing the point contributes to that distraction, but hopefully, at least a few people will, upon reading this, awaken to the truth of the matter; and upon seeing both that and the fact that numerous others in our community are committed to this false narrative, begin to see more deeply into how psychological manipulation operate throughout the aware community every bit as much as throughout the sleeping masses. It has to, because we are the only ones who see (some) of the problems and are trying to do something about it. So, it’s every bit as important, if not more important, for the elite to control us as it is that they control the masses. For this reason alone we should be highly suspicious of the possibility that we, too, are manipulated. For we are, and deeply so; and until we awaken to this reality—to the next level, to real solutions, if you will—we’ll keep (thinking we’re) “winning” and “making progress” (as unwittingly directed by the elite) while corrupt criminal control keeps advancing.
2) Next, the U.S. corporation myth is never asserted by a legal expert. Odd, isn’t it, that we consistently look to our aware medical and science doctors to educate us about the science, yet blindly accept legal assertions from non-lawyers we don’t know (or, disturbingly, from our medical/science leaders who have no legal training or experience yet regularly assert erroneous and incomplete legal “facts,” oblivious to their ignorance on the topic (sorry, but saving innocent others’ lives is worth risking offending a few people), and usually with no support, but occasionally with erroneous support. Just as science assertions need support—published medical studies being perhaps the most commonly accepted form—legal assertions require support in the form of legal citations. Of course, fake support can be offered in both medical and legal arenas, and often is. But this underscores the need for us to look to alternative legal experts with legal matters every bit as much as we look to alternative medical and science experts for the real science. Yet, we don’t do that. Worse, we often turn to non-legal experts who misunderstand the law, and who misunderstand that they misunderstand law; or worse, to disinformation agents posing as aware “leaders,” something that’s far more common than we know, because it turns out that it’s pretty easy to fool us. Speak like the aware community expects aware people to speak, and you’re good as gold in this community. It’s really that simple. We are that gullible. Truly. But not because we’re mentally lacking; it’s because psychological manipulation is really that powerful. Time to wake up—to the next level—folks.
3) Finally, once people lock onto the “U.S. is a corporation” narrative, no amount of contrary logic, evidence, or legal analysis will change their mind. Sound familiar? It should, because that’s exactly what the masses do with vaccine truth, for example. This is not because they lack critical thinking skills—that belief is a prime example of our own cognitive dissonance (if you’re still clinging to this one, see Critical Thoughts on Critical Thinking). In both cases, the false belief arises out of unseen manipulation operating on and from our subconscious minds. The conscious intellect has no control over this; and the result is completely invisible to the victim’s conscious mind. Once pro-vaxxers are locked into a pro-vax position, information can’t undo the false narrative, because information operates on the conscious intellectual level, while manipulation operates on and from powerful subconscious survival fear. It’s not their fault; they’re unwitting victims of something more powerful than their intellects—than anyone’s intellect—no matter how powerful the intellect. So, the same applies to us as to real solutions. This article provides a common example, but this is only one of many false narratives operating in the aware community. Some powerful evidence for this is the fact that some “aware” people won’t read this article at all (they already “know” the “truth”); others, despite the simple compelling analysis below, will not be convinced, but not because it isn’t true or obvious—and it’s both—but because their manipulated mental state forces a predetermined outcome contrary to the information presented here. This article “must” be disinformation, because that’s the only way their “truth” can remain “true.” Friends, if you grasp this, your understanding will deepen, and your own further awakening will be enhanced. For while false narratives do need to be corrected—in both sleeper and aware communities—information alone can’t do that. To address the root block—subconscious survival fear—a psychological process is required. Once one awakens to a previously hidden truth, the information takes care of itself, for it’s available to any who seek it out. What’s missing, then, is only the motivation to seek it out; that’s what awakening, a psychological process, creates. For if you look back carefully to the point you first realized we’ve all been lied to about vaccines, you may see that people research the topic after they realize there’s a problem; rarely if ever to see whether there’s a problem. Friends, we don’t awaken from information; we awaken to it. There’s a HUGE difference between the two that our activism work fails to recognize. Our initial awakening to any of the Grand Deceptions is a non-informational psychological process in which a shift occurs on a subconscious level that enables our conscious intellect, our rational mind, to reach information it previously couldn’t reach. Being subconscious, we are completely unaware of this, so mistakenly credit the rationales that, ironically, are driven by the subconscious reaction, and not by a linear, step-by-step logical analysis. “Seeing” in this respect is a distinctly non-intellectual process unaffected by the conscious rational intellect.
3) Finally, all U.S. corporations are incorporated under state law (or in Washington, D.C. or a U.S. territory). What state is the United States incorporated in? What state’s “corporations” webpage can we search to pull up the United States corporation? What form of corporation did the incorporators choose—S, C, or LLC? Nonprofit? Partnership? Who were the incorporators? Where are the Articles of Incorporation which are public information with all other corporations? Who are its directors and officers, and who is its registered agent? All of these things are public knowledge, available to anyone who wants to go look it up. Funny, no one asserting “the U.S. is a corporation!” ever mentions any of these things. Yet more and more people fall prey to the narrative, including some who are quite intelligent and hold doctoral degrees and who are wide awake to vaccine truth. These people are the opposite of “idiots.” The only plausible explanation, then, is that psychological manipulation operates very differently from what we assume; and our lack of recognition of this, besides revealing some of our own cognitive dissonance, is why our ever greater activism work is always met by advancing corrupt control.
OK, on to the Legal Analysis:
B. THE LAW
Most “U.S. is a corporation” claims include no support, but occasionally, a federal statute is cited. Does anyone ever look up and carefully read the statute? Apparently not. Anyway, here’s the statute often cited to support the “U.S. is a corporation” false narrative:
28 USC § 3002(15)
And here’s what this statutory subsection actually says:
(15) “United States” means— (A) a Federal corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or (C) an instrumentality of the United States.
First, this is a real statute. But curiously, it says nothing about the U.S. being a corporation. To be fair, you need at least a grade school level grasp of basic English to spot that, and you have to actually read the subsection, too. The English grammar “analysis”—if you could call explaining grade school English grammar that—is below. But first, let’s put this subsection (15) into proper legal context:
United States Code
Title 28: Judiciary and Judicial Procedure
Part VI: Particular Proceedings
Chapter 176: Federal Debt Collection
Subchapter A: Definitions and General Provisions
Section 3002: Definitions
Subsection (15) (“United States” means . . .)
First, statutes are hierarchical. The above quoted subsection (15) has six statutory layers or levels to it. Subsection (15) falls within section 3002, which falls under Subchapter A of Chapter 176, which falls under Part VI of Title 28 of the U.S. Code. To elaborate just a bit:
1) The U.S. has both state and federal legal systems. In the federal system, all federal statutes taken together make up the United States Code, often abbreviated as USC. Similarly, each state has its own state statutes.
2) The United States Code is divided into 54 Titles, each addressing a different broad category or topic of federal statutory law. Title 28, within which the cited subsection (15) lies, is entitled, “Judiciary and Judicial Procedure.” This refers to the system of federal courts that interprets, defends, and applies the law on behalf of the country and its residents just as state courts do on behalf of each state and its residents.
3) Title 28 is divided into six parts, delineated by roman numerals I through VI. Part VI, wherein subsection (15) lies, is entitled, “Particular Proceedings.” Part VI contains 15 Chapters, 151 to 176, each one of which addresses a different “Particular Proceeding.”
4) One “Particular Proceeding” within Title 28, Part VI, is Chapter 176, entitled, “Federal Debt Collection.”
5) Chapter 176, wherein the above-cited subchapter (15) lies, is divided into four subchapters, delineated by the capital letters A - D. Subchapter A, within which the above-cited subchapter (15) lies, is entitled, “Definitions and General Provisions.”
6) Subchapter A contains 15 sections, 3001 – 3015. Section 3002, within which the above-cited subchapter (15) lies, is entitled, “Definitions.” Notably, section 3002 begins with the words: “As used in this chapter,” which tells us that the definitions falling under section 3002 apply only to Chapter 176, “Federal Debt Collection.” (Stay with me; if we run into anything concerning whether the U.S. is a corporation, I’ll let you know…)
7) Section 3002 contains 16 definitions, one of which is the above cited, by now infamous, subsection (15).
Here’s what all of this boils down to. Subsection (15) concerns Federal Debt Collection, only. It has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the U.S. being a corporation. But while non-attorneys can be forgiven for not understanding the hierarchical structure of statutes, less forgivable is failing to consult a reliable legal expert about legal matters when you’re not one of those experts. Even less forgivable is making uninformed assertions contradicted by the simple English in the statute cited and quoted to “prove” the false narrative. Yet even some aware leaders with doctoral degrees have done this. (Wow.) But don’t mistake this as a condescending assault on our aware doctors, because the nature of human psychology and psychological manipulation is that manipulation actually works better—it’s more effective on—people with stronger intellects. This is due, in part, to the fact that manipulation doesn’t operation on the conscious intellect level at all; it bypasses the conscious intellect altogether, invisibly targeting the distinctly non-intellectual part of our subconscious that directs and controls conscious level perception—invisibly from our subconscious minds. Having a strong intellect provides no barrier to manipulation because manipulation doesn’t operate there; it affects that level from a completely different “place.” Mainstream psychology misunderstands this because the psychology literature was scrubbed long ago to ensure we never learn how this works; but even more critical is that information can’t “get you there,” anyway. Escaping our own unseen manipulation requires addressing a part of our subconscious that our conscious intellects can’t see or reach. A psychological process is required for this. This is how, and why, it continually evades us. (More about this is below.)
C. BASIC ENGLISH GRAMMER
Let’s wrap up with the grammar Analysis:
First, words in statutes that are not defined get their plain ordinary English meaning. So, when words or phrases are defined in the statutes, it’s to clarify their meaning as used in the relevant statute(s). The above-cited subsection (15) provides a definition of “United States” as that term is used in federal statutes about federal debt collection. Period. End of story. But even reading subsection (15) out of context, just applying basic English grammar, we can see that it has nothing to do with the U.S. being a corporation. Here we go:
Again, the subsection reads:
(15) “United States” means— (A) a Federal corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or (C) an instrumentality of the United States.
1) The word “means” following the phrase “United States” tells us that this subsection is defining the phrase, “United States.” Non-attorneys may not fully appreciate why it’s being defined, and this subsection doesn’t state explicitly where the definition given applies, but anyone with basic English grammar skills can see that it’s being defined. And definitions aren’t about what the defined word or phrase is, they are about what a word or phrase means. But we don’t need to do any inferring to understand that, because the subsection tells us. It says “‘United States’ means…” So, it’s a definition.
2) The phrase “United States” is in quotes. However, no speaker is identified, so the quotation marks are not quoting anyone. Therefore, they must indicate that the definition that follows applies to this two-word phrase. (Stay with me; each step, however mundane, is part of the assessment…)
3) Subsection (15) tells us that the phrase, “United States” can mean three different things, delineated by “(A),” “(B),” and “(C).” Only one of these three meanings uses the word “corporation.”
4) OK, stay focused; because here’s where it gets tricky, where even people with advanced degrees slip up. This definition uses the word “or.” Did you spot that? Yeah, didn’t think so. More importantly, do you know what “or” means? (Go ahead and look it up; I’ll wait for you…) Because those people who claim this statutory subsection proves the U.S. is a corporation clearly don’t. (I told you this would get complicated, didn’t I?) As defined here, “United States” can mean any of these three things. But because of the word “or,” it can only mean one of them at a time. So, you people claiming the U.S. is a corporation—which the wording clearly doesn’t say—please tell me: When is the “United States” not a corporation because it’s either “(B) an agency…” or “(C) an instrumentality“? And why and how does this change?
I’m sorry if my sarcasm offends you, but friends, we have doctors and scientists—not to mention many other intelligent aware people—buying into this (and other) false narrative(s). And we should be very, very, concerned about that. But we should not jump to the conclusion that “they lack critical thinking skills” or any other nonsensical interpretation that we mistakenly impose on mainstream medical doctors and the masses concerning problems we see that they don’t. For in both cases, something far more powerful and insidious is involved that a lack of critical thinking—something we, as a community, have yet to realize. Instead of ridiculing medical doctors—in either community—we should be asking questions such as: How and why do even the brightest among us in both communities fall for false narratives? Why do we, once falling for a false narrative, aggressively defend it when confronted with conflicting evidence? Friends, this is the power of psychological manipulation in both communities—sleepers as to the problems, us as to real solutions. We see things the masses don’t, but we’re not different or better, for all of us are manipulated. Psychological manipulation literally controls reality—what looks real, true, and logical to us—our conscious perception of targeted ideas. And our being awake to some truths has no effect on our susceptibility to being kept asleep to others. For “awake” is not a generalized state; it applies only to specific ideas. The presumption that it is a generalized state is but one example of our own cognitive dissonance, one of many implanted beliefs operating invisibly on and from our subconscious minds to ensure we never reach real solutions. We see things the masses don’t, for sure; but we are kept deeply asleep to information critical to our being able to do anything about those problems we’ve awakened to. That’s why, and how, decades of ever-greater activism work have always been met, overall, with continually advancing corrupt control. We see some of the problems clearly, but we do not see real solutions clearly at all. What we think are solutions keep us busy not stopping them. And they are compelling, as they appear “obviously real, true, and logical.” But that experience, friends, is not the end result of rational thought. It reflects a perceptual frame of reference whose boundaries lie in our subconscious minds, invisible to and unreachable by our conscious, rational minds.
4) Finally, as to “(A) a Federal corporation,” the subsection’s wording tells us that when the phrase “United States” doesn’t mean (B) or (C), it “means” “a Federal corporation.” Not “is” a federal corporation, “means” a “Federal corporation.” In other words, the United States has corporations, details of which are addressed elsewhere in the United States Code, as this is a definition that applies to federal debt collection statutes, only. The distinction between “has” and “is” may be subtle, but the difference in their meaning is substantial.
So, friends, here’s the deal: This often-cited statutory subsection (15) defines the phrase, “United States” as it is used in Chapter 176 of the U.S. Code regarding federal debt collection. It has absolutely nothing to do with the U.S. being a corporation. If you’re still unclear or skeptical, you’re experiencing the power of psychological manipulation operating invisible to and unreachable by your conscious intellect. Since rational thought doesn’t affect perceptual boundaries, the information here is unlikely to change anyone’s mind. Manipulation is that powerful. Friends, our ego-intellect is not in control. So get over it. For until we are clear about this, we can’t reach and implement real solutions. Understanding is the booby prize. Perception—driven from subconscious survival fear—is where the real control lies. Time to wake up, people, to the next level…
HOW TO ADDRESS THE MATTER
Manipulated people don’t respond to logic and evidence, because their manipulated state literally prevents them from being able to do that. This is why you can’t tell anyone truth and have them say, “Oh, wow, thanks for telling me. I’m awake now!” [Something said by no one, ever.] But you can invite others to look and see for themselves, and that’s important, because it’s the only way anyone has ever awakened. Everyone has to look and see for themselves. When we react reflexively, that’s a programmed response (whether manipulated or not). So, don’t assert truth; instead, ask questions. When you present a question, you’re leaving your listener in charge. They get to choose how to respond. When you assert truth, you trigger defenses, because you’re telling them they’re wrong. They are wrong, but no one likes to be wrong, which is one reason everyone has to look and see for themselves. When you trigger their defenses, that only reinforces their false narrative, which means it will take even longer for them to eventually wake up.
So, next time someone tells you the U.S. is a corporation, ask them one or more of these questions:
1) “What state is the U.S. incorporated in?”
2) What type of corporation is it? A C corporation? An S corporation? An LLC, or a nonprofit?”
3) “Can you show me a copy of the Articles of Incorporation?”
4) “Who’s on the Board of Directors, and who are the corporate officers?”
5) If they cite subsection (15), consider starting with this one: “This subsection says ‘or.’ When is the U.S. an agency or an instrumentality instead of a corporation? How does that work?”
But remember: Here, less is more. Asking a single question they can’t answer provides the “invitation” for them to question their own beliefs. But this is like the “you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink” English proverb. You can’t wake anyone up, because ultimately, everyone has to see for themselves. Awakening requires an internally driven, proactive “looking.” So, we can only invite them to look, as the final choice is always theirs. People can only awaken when they’re good and ready. No one can control that for anyone else. But we can maximize our effectiveness by asking the right leading questions—questions designed to get others to see for themselves that their narrative doesn’t hold water. Just pay close attention, because many times, the more you say, the less they hear. Such is the nature of psychological manipulation.
WARNING AND DISCLAIMER:
Sometimes, frustrating as it is, it’s just best to leave people alone, to let them awaken in their own way and time. Hard as that is to do, it’s better than triggering defenses and reinforcing the false belief. These times require astronomical patience. So, use discretion when considering whether to apply the above ideas; and when you do, you do so at your own risk. Many of us in the aware community have lost family members, friends, and co-workers for having engaged in honorable if ultimately misplaced efforts to awaken others. We, the aware, are no different when it comes to someone trying to wake us up from our own false narratives, of which there are many throughout our community. Manipulation is manipulation, in both sleeper and aware.
TOOLS FOR NEXT LEVEL AWAKENING
Fixing the problems requires another level of awakening, “waking to the solution” or “next level awakening” if you prefer. This requires a psychological process that brings deeper clarity by peeling away previously unseen layers of our own cognitive dissonance.
